Every Vividly custom order includes free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states. We prepare orders in 1–3 business days, then typical delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
Free standard shipping is available to valid delivery addresses in all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories and international destinations are not included in this standard policy; contact support before ordering if your destination is outside the 50 states.
Orders normally leave our production and fulfillment workflow within 1–3 business days. After DHL receives the parcel, standard transit is usually 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
DHL tracking information is sent after the shipment is handed to the carrier and receives a scan. Please review your address carefully before submitting payment. If an address needs correction, contact support as soon as possible; an address change cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment begins.
