Terms of Service

By using Vividly custom, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the storefront. You may use the site for lawful shopping, account, support, and product-information purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse payment or account flows, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access credentials, and notifying support if you believe the account has been misused. You are responsible for activity submitted through your account until the issue is reported and reasonably addressed.

We work to describe product artwork, fit, colors, sizes, pricing, and availability accurately. Product availability and prices may change without notice. When you submit an order, you authorize the selected payment method for the displayed total, including applicable taxes and any selected paid service.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is inaccurate, fraud or misuse is suspected, or an operational issue affects the transaction. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund through the payment method used.

The Shipping and Returns pages are part of these terms by reference. Standard shipping is free to all 50 U.S. states, orders normally ship in 1–3 business days, transit is usually 3–5 business days after shipment, and eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Vividly custom, its presentation, original artwork, text, logos, product data, and site materials are owned by or licensed to Grand Smooth Global LLC. The storefront may rely on third-party payment, delivery, analytics, advertising, and linked services that have separate terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided subject to availability and without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Smooth Global LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a product. You are responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceeding must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in San Mateo County, California. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new last-updated date.
